1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or subscribing to any retainer or content access plans, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Catalysis Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd, provides business compliance services, digital business solutions, automation consulting, access to digital membership platforms, product distribution services and more related services and products. These services may include downloadable content, access to community forums, coaching, and educational resources.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. Payment & Billing
We accept payments as per the details on our quotes, invoices, online payment platforms supported by us. Please refer to the above documents to ascertain which we accept.
For our Content Access wing, “Team Ascendant” the terms for subscriptions are as follows:
- Payment is required upfront.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the first month once any downloadable content has been accessed.
5. Refund Policy
New subscribers to Team Ascendant qualify for a full refund within the first 30 days only if no content has been downloaded. Subsequent months are non-refundable after content has been accessed, otherwise you qualify for a full refund up to 90 days from the day of the first subscription paid. Thereafter, no refund will be processed for all subscription payments made.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, videos, coaching materials, and platform structure remain the property of Catalysis Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute materials without written consent obtained from us.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, harass other users, share premium content with non-members, or violate any laws while using our platforms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to any part of our services if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in a South African court of law.
